AFTER SALES SERVICE
AGS has established and maintains a Service Department to
ensure that the valued customers receive prompt attention and
service after sales. A Service Team with properly trained
Engineer and personnel with transport and communication
facility is available to provide prompt after sales service
(24 hours) or to rectify any complaint/requirement that may
arise, to ensure maximum possible satisfaction to customers.
The Service Engineer ensures that servicing is carried out as
per specification and material used, if any, are in conformity
with the required specification as well as service tools/
equipment are sufficient for the purpose and work carried out
are covered by monitoring and measuring procedures, as
necessary
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE SUPPORT
The Service Team of AGS is well equipped to carry out any
specialized maintenance and service support that may be
required for low voltage switchgear and associated equipment
big or small for nominal price at short notice.
