Arabian Gulf Switchgear LLC, established in the Emirate of Sharjah since 1976, with its long history in design and assembly of products to individual customer's requirements and specifications with after sales service, is able to offer solutions in the Electrical Power Distribution, Electronic Engineering and Energy Management Systems. The policy of AGS is "to offer fit for purpose, application specific solutions and services of the highest quality and workmanship" and Objective is to "comply with standards and customer requirements through continual improvement of our products and services".
In order to attain the maximum quality of products and services offered to customers, procedures and work instructions for all functions and activities have been established and ensured availability of necessary resources. Stringent controls to monitor performance of individual activities within the Organization and its suppliers, have been implemented, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Standards as well as applicable Statutory and Regulatory requirements. All employees have been made aware of these requirements. The application of a System of Processes within the Organization and interaction between them has been identified for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Management System. The management is committed to comply with the requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
The Quality Manager has been given the authority to maintain the documented systems, procedures and work instructions. The Managing Director / General Manager together with the Quality Manager, are responsible for the implementation, periodical review of continuing suitability and suggest continual improvement of the Quality Management System, the objective and policy adopted and laid down in the Quality Manual. The aim of AGS is "Quality, Economics, Continual improvement ensuring maximum Satisfaction to its Customers".
